A guy in Arizona made these himself and was selling them on ebay a few years ago. The are about 54mm and are not bad at all for homemade.

I love these. I was also to get a set from the same seller. Very cool to have something unique. He told me he wanted to do more sculpts, but was not sure if they would be done due to school work.
