I started seeing these in ebay lots around 2010. They are made of firm rubber. They seem to be associated with the castle pictured below. I don't know anything more about them.
Update 10/30/2019. Thanks to friend of the blog Jefferson from Brazil I now know that these figures are from a playset called Dragon's Lair Castle made by Supreme. Jefferson supplied all of the pictures of the playset below. I don't see the minotaur in the pictures of the playset but I know he come with the other figures.
