UNKNOWN: South American Cereal Premiums

I bought these very weird figures on ebay in 2013.  They were listed as cereal premiums from South America. They range from 45mm to 60mm and work well with toy soldiers.  Each figure has a set of wings or fins or extra arms that pug in at the shoulders and a tail that plugs in the back door.
