Giochi Preziosi's Equipo Actimel is another European mini figure line that never made it to the USA. These figures have a cartoon of some kind, but are actually part of an advertising campaign for Danone yogurt. I have no idea what the cartoon is about or what these figures are actually intended to represent. I probably don't even want to know.
As far as I can tell, there are four groups of monster bad guys. Each group has a leader figure in the 54-60mm range, and four 45mm minions. The good guy figures are downright silly looking. For me, this line is just about the monsters. They came in blind bags and were released in 2010.
The two on the left are 54mm and the guy on the right is about 60mm. |
54mm Timmee figure for scale. |
Cute gobs of plastic, aren't they?
ReplyDeleteThat they are.
DeleteLast row, second from the right would make a great 1/72 Umber Hulk from D&D.
ReplyDeleteI guess he would at that.
DeleteAre these easy to come by? Ebay?
ReplyDeleteI see them on ebay, but at high prices. You might be better off if you try to find a European collector to trade with.
DeleteWow these are phenomenal. I'm gonna have to track some down.
